This panorama, taken by Christopher Gjevre, captures the Arizona Coyotes playing to a sold out crowd of more than 17,125 fans on their home ice at Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona. In 1996, the club moved to the Valley and established themselves as the Phoenix Coyotes®. In December 2003, the Coyotes moved from downtown Phoenix to their newly completed arena in Glendale and also updated their logo and uniforms. In 2012, the Coyotes won the Pacific Division and reached the Western Conference Final for the first time in franchise history.
